Our Banff Bed and Breakfast Reservations Policies

Hotel Policies

• Check-in time12pm - 6pm.
• Check-out time 10am - 11am.
• Children age 12 and under stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding.

Payment Policies

• A valid credit card must be presented at check-in.
• We accept payment by credit card, cash, or travelers checks.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservation cancellations must be made 48 hours before date of reservation.

Currency

• All rates are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• We accept USD.

Extra Guests

• Room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
• An additional charge of $10 per night will apply for each guest over the age of 12 beyond double occupancy.

Rollaway Beds & Cribs

• Sorry, rollaway beds are not available at our B&B.
• Cribs may be obtained subject to availability.

Parking

• There is a limited amount of parking available free of charge.

Smoking

• All rooms in our Banff B&B are non-smoking only.
